Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide. Free shipping is offered throughout the USA. International flat rate shipping is available to most countries.

Where do you ship from? Orders ship directly from our headquarters in Naples, Florida, USA.

Domestic Shipping For USA shipments we select the best carrier for your location from FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery. You can track your package from the time it leaves our warehouse through to final delivery.

International Shipping For international shipments we use USPS Priority International. International shipping is a flat rate of $25 for packages up to 5 lbs.

What are your shipping charges? Domestic shipping is free throughout the USA. International shipping is a flat rate of $25.

When does my order ship? Orders are processed within 2 business days, Sunday–Friday. Orders placed after 10am Friday will be processed Sunday evening. Please allow an additional day during holidays.

How long does shipping take? USA shipments typically take 3-5 days after processing. International shipments vary by destination but generally take 7-21 days.

Will I be charged duty fees? All US orders are free of duty fees. While most international orders arrive without import taxes or duty fees, we cannot be held responsible for any fees, taxes or seizures assessed by your country's customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How do I track my package? A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email.
