Returns & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within this period and we will do our best to make it right.
How to Start a Return Email us at service@boustise.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds & Restocking Fee A 50% restocking fee applies to returned items that are not defective, damaged, or skin-incompatible. Returns due to defect, damage, or skin incompatibility are eligible for a full refund or exchange with no restocking fee. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Exchanges We replace items that are defective, damaged, or cause skin incompatibility. Email service@boustise.com to arrange an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your card issuer as processing times vary. Still not received? Email us at service@boustise.com.
Gifts Items marked as gifts will receive store credit upon return. Unmarked gifts will be refunded to the original purchaser.
